This session covers the basics of health and safety law, workplace policies, risk assessment, recording and reporting. Included is a downloadable learning record.
This course is also part of the induction sessions that are designed for those new to working in the childcare sector and covers a good range of topics linked to the Common Core of Knowledge and Skills at Level 2. Whilst this is not certificated as Common Core assessed, they are suitable for those registering on Voluntary Childcare Register and provide a good base for new entrants to the sector.
